Two Ignored Causes of Inflammation Hold the Key to Overcoming Chronic Diseases
If you have chronic inflammation anywhere in your body,
you’re at risk for health problems. This is because inflammation is the foundation of most chronic illnesses. This includes cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and every disease that ends in “itis” (arthritis, etc.). So one way you can significantly reduce your risk for a myriad of health problems is to reduce inflammation.
But that’s easier said than done!
